Are these accounts legal to use?

What does the 45-day warranty cover?

If an account fails verification, cannot log in, or is suspended due to issues that pre-date delivery, we replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover misuse, terms-of-service violations, or chargebacks initiated by the buyer.
