45-Day Replacement Warranty
Every package we sell is backed by a 45-day replacement warranty. The goal is simple: if something is wrong with the account when you receive it, we make it right at no cost.
What Is Covered
Verification failures discovered after delivery, login issues caused by credentials provided by us, and account suspensions triggered by activity that pre-dates delivery. In each case we replace the account free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
User error is not covered. This includes sharing credentials with third parties, violating the platform's terms of service, ignoring the warm-up instructions in our setup guide, chargebacks initiated by the buyer, and suspensions caused by activity after delivery.
How to Claim
Contact us on Telegram @zvccshop1 or WhatsApp +1 902 700 0146 within 45 days of delivery with the order ID and a short description of the issue. In most cases we resolve the problem with a short walkthrough; otherwise we provision a replacement account.
