When you contact us we keep the messaging handle you used (Telegram username or WhatsApp number), the order details, and any delivery preferences you share. Crypto payments expose only the sending wallet address; wire payments expose the standard banking details required by your bank.
How We Use It
We use this information solely to provision the account, deliver credentials, and answer support questions. We do not run automated marketing or share data with third parties.
Retention
Order records are kept for the duration of the 45-day warranty plus a short audit window, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion at any time after the warranty expires.
