Refund Policy
Because every order is custom-provisioned, refunds are only available before delivery. After delivery, the 45-day replacement warranty applies.
Before Delivery
If you cancel before the account has been provisioned and delivered, we issue a full refund within 24 hours to the same payment method used for the order.
After Delivery
Once an account has been delivered, refunds are not available. Instead, the 45-day replacement warranty covers verification failures, login issues caused by our credentials, and suspensions for pre-delivery activity.
Disputes
If you believe an order qualifies for a refund or replacement, contact us within 45 days of delivery on Telegram @zvccshop1 or WhatsApp +1 902 700 0146 with the order ID. We aim to resolve disputes within 24 hours.
