Terms of Service
By placing an order with USD Accounts you agree to the following terms. They are written in plain language and are designed to protect both parties.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase financial products in your jurisdiction. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Use of Accounts
Once delivered, you are responsible for using each account in line with the underlying platform's terms of service and the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not control how accounts are used after delivery and we cannot be held liable for violations.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are not offered once an account has been delivered. The 45-day replacement warranty applies for issues that pre-date delivery. If an order has not yet been provisioned we will refund in full on request.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party platform decisions to suspend, freeze, or close any account after delivery.
